2. Processing principles
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and – where applicable – the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Processing takes place for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, on the basis of legitimate interests, or with your consent.
3. Website hosting
When you access this website, our hosting provider Cloudflare Inc., USA, processes technically necessary connection and log data (e.g. IP address, date/time, files retrieved, browser data) to provide and secure the website. No analytics cookies and no tracking services are used.
4. Contact
If you contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or contact form, we process the information you provide (name, contact details, travel wishes, correspondence) to handle the enquiry and provide advice.
The contact form does not transmit data directly to a server; it opens your email application with a prepared message to jannik@jannik.reisen. Data are transmitted only when you send that email.

To store and process business data we use the following processors:
Email server: Zoho Corporation B.V. (Zoho Mail). Data location: EU (Netherlands / Ireland).
Document and cloud storage: Proton AG (Proton Drive). Data location: Switzerland.
Operational database: Supabase Inc. Data location: Switzerland (Zurich region).
6. Disclosure to service providers
To arrange and book travel services we transmit the personal data required in each case to the selected tour operator, cruise line or other service provider. Where payment is collected directly (Direktinkasso), payment is processed by the relevant service provider. There is no other disclosure to third parties except where required by law.
7. External links
External services linked on this website (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) process data under their own responsibility in accordance with their own privacy policies.
8. Your rights
Within the scope of applicable data protection law you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consents given. Please send requests to jannik@jannik.reisen.
